It shows up later as a customs delay, a charging circuit that trips, a battery warranty reached early, or an inverter shutdown at the worst moment. Those are the details a customer remembers. A customer's first impression is not the datasheet; it is how the quote, the installation, and the paperwork feel together. Protect that and the brand image follows.
